DESCRIPTION OF BOXING CLASSES
HOTTIE BODY BOOTCAMP
(Ladies only of all shapes and sizes who want to be welcome in a healthy, positive, sexy atmosphere)

A challenging workout to shape, tone, and sculpt your physique. High energy fat burning. Puts the curves where you want them. Learn how to work your new curves in Naughty Body Dance Class.

NAUGHTY BODY DANCE CLASS
(Ladies only of all shapes and sizes who want to be welcome in a healthy, positive, sexy atmosphere)

Learn how to work those curves you've been working hard to create in Hottie Body Bootcamp. Feminine, sexy, fun dancing at it's naughtiest! Pussy Cat Dolls meets Striptease.

BASIC BOXING
(technical - beginner)

BASIC BOXING is fun for all ages and all body types. This class is guaranteed to leave you feeling great and wanting more. The class consists of a well rounded total body routine with basic boxing fundamentals. This class focuses on proper foot placement, stance, and movement. Plyometrics and calisthenic exercises are also incorporated in the class. Students will learn straight punching, hooks and upper-cuts with gradual progression into combination drills and free range boxing. The instructor will also address student's questions and individual needs.

BOX-FIT CONDITIONING
(beginner / intermediate)

BOX-FIT CONDITIONING is designed similar to BASIC BOXING. This class also incorporates circuit training and heavy bag work. This class is hardcore conditioning - it will "KNOCK YOU OUT" so make sure your water bottle is full.

POWER PUNCH
(intermediate / advanced)

This program is designed to advance your Boxing skills. Students will learn proper footwork, counter skills, punching technique, power and speed. The class will begin with calisthenics followed by 20 minutes of various forms of cardio. The remainder of the class will focus on the (tehnical) aspects of boxing.

SPARRING - private classes only - available for an additional fee based on size of group
(advanced & medical required)

The coach will teach students proper sparring techniques including; advanced foot work, defensive tactics, blocking, slipping and ducking. In this class students will spar with one another in the ring, learning how to improve their strengths and weakness as a competitor. Students will be responsible for providing their own mouth guards, 16 ounce sparring gloves, head gear and medical forms.

EXTREME CONDITIONING
(all levels)

The EXTREME CONDITIONING class is designed by your coach to push you through various boxing drills and will also include plyometric, calisthenics, and skipping exercises.

THAI BOXING
(technical - basic)

This class is the complete total body workout. The class consists of four technical areas; punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. The class also includes hardcore conditioning through various calisthenics and flexibility exercises.

Mario Lechowski - Former Canadian Lightweight Champion

Mario Lechowski, pro at the age of 16 and was, at the time, the youngest professional boxer in Canada. He won the Diamond Belt as the best boxer in Western Canada in 1996.In 2001, 21 year-old Mario beat Tony Pep to become the Canadian Professional Boxing Federation (CPBF) Canadian Lightweight Champion. The CPBF also named him winner of the Brian O'Connor Award for best Canadian fighter of 2001. Throughout Mario's 10 year (15-5) professional career, he has fought and trained with some of the best boxers in the world including, Tony Pep, Billy Irwin, Floyd Mayweather, Arturo Gatti, Steve Johnson, Steve Forbes and Justin Juko.

Book Mario for a private class and get the benefit of his years of experience. Mario's coaching specialties include technique, strength, power, speed, as well as developing a client's boxing style through shadow boxing and improving hand-eye co-ordination. Mario coaches more advanced clients in the techniques and strategies of sparring in one-on-one and class settings. He does all this with a goal to improve the fitness and self-confidence of his clients. His workouts are tough, but fun.
